Robert Jordan has more than 40 years experience in the property sector and is chairman of residential letting agents Jordan's, which has offices across the North West.

Robert came to RMS PR on recommendation from another client.

Due to the wide experience of Victoria and Gemma in the property sector, they were immediately called upon to work with Jordan's.

RMS PR was tasked with targeting the trade and consumer press to promote the launch of a Rent-2-Buy scheme for first time buyers and disillusioned landlords.

The RMS PR team targeted press read by estate agents and landlords, to begin with, before targeting first time buyers, to join the scheme.

In less than two months, RMS PR has achieved a full page profile in the Manchester Evening News, profiles in all key trade press including Agreement, Residential Property Investor, Negotiator, Estates Review, Urban Life and many more. Consumer articles about the scheme have appeared in newspapers across the country including the Birmingham Post, Telford Journal, Bury Times and Bolton News.

The scheme has already generated a high number of enquiries from landlords and first time buyers alike.
